Therefore, the surgeon in charge of the secondary surgery must carry out a study and determine to what extent removal of the product is possible. If it is possible, the procedure to eliminate the excess volume will consist of making an incision inside the mouth and removing the product.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the body may react negatively to the introduction of a foreign product, generating what are known as \u201c<strong>granulomas<\/strong>\u201d. The body identifies the injected product as something \u201cforeign\u201d to it and forms a scar capsule around it that can cause discomfort. With secondary surgery, these granulomas can be removed.
