Exercising (without obsessing and without overexerting yourself) is undoubtedly a guarantee of well-being. However, those who practice certain disciplines realize that this training does not work for certain parts of the body. Keeping breasts firm is one of those goals that requires activities designed to achieve it. Yes, swimming is good because when you swim, the bust is worked and sagging is combated, but there are other sports specialties that “forget” that area.

That is why, whether you are an athlete or not, we want to offer you some recommendations that will help you in the task, exercises that do not replace other sports practices but complement them.

5 exercises to keep breasts firm

  • Standing, legs together, arms hanging down along the body. Raise your arms until they reach shoulder height, forming a T, and hold them in that position while you count to 20. Lower them, always straight. Start again until completing a set of 15 repetitions. Rest briefly, and do two more sets.
  • Stand facing a wall at the distance of your outstretched arms. Place the palms of your hands on the wall. Bending your elbows, lean your body forward: you will feel the effort fall on the pectoral muscles. Return to the original position. Here too, complete a set of 15 repetitions, rest and do two more sets. And if you are in good shape, instead of doing it by leaning on the wall, do it the traditional way: push-ups lying face down on the floor.
  • Sit on a chair, back straight, feet flat on the floor. Bring the palms of your hands together at chest height, almost as if you were going to pray, and push them strongly against each other. You will notice the effort in the pectorals and, above all, you will notice that the breasts move
  • Lie on your back. Hold a Pilates ring between your hands and place it in front of your face, as if it were a mirror you want to look into. Squeeze as much as you can and, as in the first exercise, count to 20. Release the pressure for a few seconds. Start again and do it up to 15 times. Rest, and continue: do two more sets.
  • When you have already practiced the exercises mentioned so far, introduce a new one into your routine for which you will need weights of between 2 and 5 kilos, depending on your physical condition. Sit with your back very straight and, if possible, supported. Raise your arms to shoulder height, and bend your elbows until they form a right angle with your fingers pointing inward… as if you were a strongman! Stretch your arms toward the ceiling, and return to your starting position, making sure your elbows never go below your shoulders. Do it a few times (10 is a good option), rest, and proceed to do two more sets.

By doing any of these 5 exercises to keep breasts firm once a day, you will see how in a short time you start noticing the results. One last tip:

There are women who try to take care of their breasts but when they do sports they do not pay proper attention to the bra they use, which is always bad but especially bad for those who have large breasts. Use bras suitable for your size and for the exercise you are going to do and, if necessary, wear a sports top over the sports bra to ensure breast support.
