How is a minimally invasive lifting performed?

A preauricular incision is made (which will later be concealed by the hair) and behind the tragus, continuing toward the back of the ear. The resulting scar is minimal and hidden within the natural folds of the ear. In this way, excess skin is removed. In the neck, a dissection is performed that is generally combined with liposuction to eliminate the existing fat in the double chin, resulting in proper definition of the facial contour.

Regarding the muscular plane, it is tightened without detaching it so that after a few years the patient does not display an overly marked face due to subcutaneous atrophy. The flap is sutured behind the ear. On some occasions, if necessary, lipofilling is performed in the cheekbone area.
